Information about cookies
Following the entry into force of the amendment to the Spanish Information Society Services Law (LSSICE) established by Royal Decree 13/2012, websites that use non-essential cookies must obtain the user's express consent before the user browses them.
What cookies are
Cookies and similar technologies, such as local shared objects, flash cookies or pixels, are tools used by web servers to store and retrieve information about visitors, and to ensure proper website operation.
Through these devices, the web server can remember user-related data such as display preferences, username and password, products of interest or other technical information.
Cookies covered by regulations and exempt cookies
According to the EU directive, cookies requiring informed consent are analytics, advertising and affiliate cookies. Technical cookies and those necessary for the operation of the website or the provision of services expressly requested by the user are exempt.
Types of cookies
- Analytics cookies: collect information about how the website is used.
- Social cookies: necessary for external social networks.
- Affiliate cookies: allow tracking of visits from other websites with an affiliate agreement.
- Advertising and behavioural cookies: collect information about the user's preferences and personal choices.
- Technical and functional cookies: strictly necessary for use of the website and provision of the contracted service.

- NEXT_LOCALE: technical and strictly necessary cookie that stores the chosen language. It is deleted when the browser is closed.
- ay-cookies: technical value kept in the browser's local storage that remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics cookies. Without it we could not respect your choice. It remains until you delete it or change your choice.
- _ga: Google Analytics cookie used to distinguish users. It is only set if you accept analytics cookies. It expires after 2 years.
- _ga_TVSB382QCM: Google Analytics cookie used to keep session state. It is only set if you accept analytics cookies. It expires after 2 years.
Withdrawal of consent and deletion of cookies
Users can allow, block or delete cookies installed on their device through the settings options of the browser installed on it.
- Chrome: Settings > Show advanced options > Privacy > Content settings > Cookies.
- Internet Explorer: Tools > Internet Options > General > Browsing history.
- Firefox: History > Clear recent history, selecting cookies, cache and active logins.
- Safari: Safari / Edit > Reset Safari or website data management from preferences.
- Opera: Options > Advanced > Cookies.
- Other browsers: consult the specific documentation for the browser installed.
